Jedná se o prvý pokus  kombinovaného provedení textu a grafického znázornění procesu péče pomocí vývojového diagramu v plně elektronické verzi s využitím zkřížených odkazů pomocí hypertextu. These www pages contain the first model Standards of Efficient Medical Care ( SEMC ) compatible with Donabedians description of medical care and reflecting specifications of ISO 9001/9004 norms. This is a first shot at a fully electronic version combining a graphic “algorithm of care” hyperlinked into the text of the standard. These are not guidelines, each guideline contains a defined set of key indicators enabling the measurement of quality – thus turning the guideline into a standard that may be used for benchmarking.
